Founder, Soft Glow Society

Meet the Founder

She chose herself.
So you could too.

Soft Glow Society didn't start as a brand. It started as a breaking point.

After years of pouring into everyone around her — relationships, family, the people she loved most — Dai found herself empty. A difficult relationship had taken more than she realized. And grief had a way of compounding: her dad, her grandparents, years of loss stacked quietly on top of each other. By the time she stopped to look inward, she barely recognized the woman looking back.

"I got tired of being the person who put everyone before myself. I let myself go — and I decided I was done with that."

That decision — quiet, firm, and deeply personal — became the seed of everything Soft Glow Society is. Not a hustle. Not a rebrand. A return. A return to softness, to self, to the woman she had always been underneath the weight of everyone else's needs.

Dai describes herself simply: a girl's girl. Someone who has always believed that women deserve to feel good — about themselves, in themselves, for themselves. Not when everything is perfect. Not after they've earned it. Right now.

Because you can't be everything to everyone if you're running on empty. You can't show up fully if you've never learned to show up for yourself first.

That's what Soft Glow Society is for. The woman who is healing. The woman who is choosing herself — maybe for the first time, maybe for the hundredth. The woman who is ready to become her, softly.

"The Glow Guide is where she started. Maybe it's where you start too."
